Ladies and Gentlemen:

Welcome from Belmont Iceland to our Spring/Summer 4 on 4 season.  Just a few housekeeping details before you play some hockey. 

ISI MEMBERSHIP

Prior to the first game on May 14th at 8:00pm, each new player or player who has been absent from the league for 10 weeks or more, must provide proof of ISI membership through one of the following means: 

1. An ISI membership card showing that they are current members; or

2. A receipt from ISI (online signup receipt or fax from ISI) showing they have joined and are current members; or

3. Twenty dollars cash and a completed ISI form (which forms we have available here).

PAYMENT OF DUES FOR LEAGUE PLAY

Additionally, some of you have brought up the issue of the presently indeterminate amount each player must pay to participate in this next season.  The number is impossible to calculate until it is known how many players will be on your particular team.  The fee is $2377.50 per team.  The breakdown is as follows:

1.    8 players per team = $297.19 per player

2.    9 players per team = $264.17 per player

3.    10 players per team = $237.75 per player

You will be charged according to the number of players on your team.  Teams should be decided and rosters created by this weekend.  We advise you to pay your league fees prior to your arrival for your first game.  You can call in, fax the form or drop by anytime between now and the first game.  You may miss part of your game, if you wait until the last minute.

No player will be allowed to play prior to paying their league fees.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.  Please do not make us enforce this policy... have your payment ready in advance of the start of your first game.
